In 2018, history was made in Australia that the Marriage Act has finally changed to allow same sex marriage. With the new law, you are now able to formally and legally affirm your love to each other in front of your family and friends. And the beautiful thing is I am now permitted to marry you two legally and present you with a marriage certificate. Same sex couples, who in the past did not have a legal marriage (probably that was a commitment ceremony), now can take this opportunity to ask me for a legal marriage under new Australian marriage law. Same Sex Marriage Ceremony is not different to any other marriage ceremony and LGBT couples can choose to be as traditional or as alternative as they like. Together we will choose the style and words that tell your story best and tailor your ceremony to your requirements and taste, making it your own, unique celebration day of your love. |
Being an officiant on your ceremony is not my only responsibility, but also I will take care of any legalities and related admin, so all you have to worry about is simply turning up and having a fabulous, stress-free time.
Marriage Equality has been a long time in the making and now Australia has finally said yes and I am delighted to be able to make Melbourne the host of your special day. I also look forward to offering my marriage ceremonies to LGBT couples to all states and cities in Australia and from all parts of the world.
